Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a Loyalty Rewards Program and a Volume Discount?
Many companies offer either a volume discount or a loyalty program and the real difference is the value of your order(s) and how often you shop. Should you be purchasing a smaller number of gifts and more frequently the Customer Loyalty Rewards Program may be for you. If you are purchasing a large volume of gifts at one time, a Volume Discounts Program may be a better option. Only one discount can be used per purchase and Loyalty Rewards Points cannot be gained from a Volume Discount purchase.

How are the Loyalty Rewards Points determined?
For every $1 you spend during the quarter (not including shipping/taxes) you will earn 1 point. For every 250 points, $25 will be issued to you in the form of a coupon code at the beginning of the next quarter. Sample:

$1 = 1 Point
Every 250 points = $25 in savings

You will receive your $25 coupon(s) after you have reached $250 in sales in that quarter.

How would I redeem my Loyalty Rewards Points?
Discounts are accumulated in $25 increments and dispersed as $25 coupons to our members each quarter. The more you spend, the more you will save! Each coupon is valid for 45 days and does not apply to taxes or shipping costs. You may use one (1) coupon per order for any purchase. Simply type in the unique coupon code during the checkout process, this will initiate your $25 discount on this purchase. One coupon per order.

How do I check how many Loyalty Rewards Points I have?
You may always keep your invoices for the quarter or you may email us and we will reply with your status.

What if I wish to purchase something after the coupon expires?
Place your order early during the valid dates and opt to have your gift shipped later. We offer a delayed shipping option in our check out process and this may be used with our Loyalty Rewards Points Program. Coupons will not be accepted after the expiration - no exceptions.

Loyalty Points cannot be combined with any other offer, are not transferrable and do not roll over to the next quarter. All unused or partial coupons or points will expire with the coupon or at the end of each quarter.
