Substitution Policy
Substitutions when necessary will be made with items of equal or greater value.

Delivery Policy
Bisket Baskets is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Bisket Baskets. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Bisket Baskets will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed.

Bisket Baskets has no control over a carrier's decision if your location is considered "safe" to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier's directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Bisket Baskets for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
We are unable to honor any cancellation requests due to the fact we immediately begin processing orders upon receipt.

Shipping Chocolate & Heat Sensitive Items Policy
Shipping chocolate and heat sensitive products during the warmer months (75 F or above) will be replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

Exception: Some "all chocolate gifts" or many "candy bouquets" (such as Reese's candy, Chocolate Bars etc) will be shipped as ordered. Chocolate will melt in the heat! To minimize this we HIGHLY SUGGEST selecting Next Day Delivery when sending to warmer climates (75 F or above). Shipping over a weekend is not recommended. We can NOT guarantee your gift will not melt once it leaves our facility. Should melting occur, please place gift in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours and enjoy. We will not refund or replace melted chocolate.

PLEASE NOTE: BisketBaskets.com cannot be held responsible for any candy product that arrives melted regardless of the shipping method selected. All candy gifts are shipped as ordered and at your risk.

Return Policy
Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, balloons and most gift baskets) cannot be returned. These products will be replaced if they arrive damaged*. Non-perishable items can be returned at your expense after contacting our Customer Service department and obtaining a RA (return authorization) number. The item must be returned to the returns address (provided with RA#) within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging and unopened. Any unauthorized returns will not be subject to a refund. No exceptions. All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% which is determined by our receiving dept. No refunds on shipping. Any additional expenses incurred will be deducted from the credit (ex: UPS Intercept, Return shipping via our UPS Acct etc.). All refunds are processed as a store credit, no exceptions.
