Shipping Policy
Most gifts ship same day when ordered by Noon MT with the exception of weekends and holidays.  This is our policy and not a guarantee. We are unable to honor any cancellation requests due to the fact we immediately begin processing orders upon receipt.

Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items or gifts within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items need to be returned in their original product packaging. Please contact us for complete instructions on how to return a product and receive your RA#. Opened items cannot be returned for a credit.  Custom gifts cannot be returned.

Return Policy for Free Shipping & Value Ground Items 
For items that shipped via these methods, our shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.

Non-Delivered Gifts: (Returned to Sender – RTS)

Once carrier is in receipt of parcel, we no longer have any control over the conditions your gift will be traveling thru (extreme heat/cold/time in transit). Therefore, we are unable to offer a full refund on any gift containing food.  Gifts RTS or returned without authorization are eligible for a maximum refund of up to 50% determined by Bisket Baskets. Any refund will be subject to a RTS fee and outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You may elect to reship this same gift to an alternate address.  Please provide to us your written consent along with the new address to ship.  Outbound shipping costs will be at full website value (not discounted $9.99 or free if over $100) and RTS shipping will be collected as well. 

Shipments over 14 days from ship date are not eligible for any refund or reshipment.  It is client’s responsibility to initiate contact for non-deliveries.

Shipping Chocolate & Heat Sensitive Items Policy

Shipping chocolate and heat sensitive products during the warmer months (75 F or above) will be replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

Exception: Some "all chocolate gifts" or many "candy bouquets" (such as Reese's candy, Chocolate Bars etc) will be shipped as ordered. Chocolate will melt in the heat! To minimize this we HIGHLY SUGGEST selecting Next Day Delivery when sending to warmer climates (75 F or above). Shipping over a weekend is not recommended. We can NOT guarantee your gift will not melt once it leaves our facility. Should melting occur, please place gift in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours and enjoy. We will not refund or replace melted chocolate.

PLEASE NOTE: cannot be held responsible for any candy product that arrives melted regardless of the shipping method selected. All candy gifts are shipped as ordered and at your risk.
