Didn't ship as promised

I paid for 3 day shipping so it would arrive Friday and in time for the Saturday event, Afterwards, I was informed by UPS it would not arrive until Monday, well after the event. It was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it unless arrival time is not important

We designed and shipped your gift the same day your order was received via the delivery method you chose of UPS Ground. We're sorry that it did not deliver on the date you were expecting however it was due to our National holiday of July 4th. UPS does not move shipments on that date in order to provide their employees a day off in recognition of the holiday. I would recommend Bisket Baskets. The only comment is that I sent an email to the company requesting a little more information on the product quality and never received an email back. So, I am going with the reviews and hope that we will love it anyway! Reasonably Priced Gifts

My best friend just got a new puppy. It's the first puppy in our group of friends so I decided my boyfriend and I needed to welcome him home. I googled doggy gift baskets and Bisket Baskets was the first thing that popped up. The baskets were reasonably priced and were filled with great products and the shipping was so cheap comparatively speaking so found something simple and sent it off. I can't wait for him to get it !
